Refund and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, please return the used bottle(s) and all other un-opened bottles, along with anything else you initially received with your order, using a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Number, and we will refund your entire purchase (less shipping & handling) to your credit card, upon receipt of the product and the RMA.
To return a product for a refund, you must take the following steps:
Obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days after your initial order date. You will receive an RMA number by contacting the billing department at 703-354-7336. The billing department is available Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Time.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are sending back, and make sure you also have your return address somewhere on the package to ensure proper processing.
Send the return package to The Health & Wellness Center, 4609 D Pinecrest Office Park Drive, Alexandria, VA 22312. The package must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. You are responsible for postage and other charges for sending the return package.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged. We will not process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender" or that otherwise do not have an RMA number written on them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that all returned items be sent using a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery. Once we receive your properly returned package, we will process your refund request within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
